A Graveside service for the late Shirmelle Jennifer Gomes [nee Jones], wife of Gladston Gomes, beloved Daughter of Jennifer Bulford and Gary Bean; loving mother of Sher-maur Gomes, Gelondae Gomes, Denika Outerbridge, Asha Jones and Thais Gomes; sister to Nakia Minors, Zalika Shepherd and Aiesha Bulford, in her 51st year of Victoria Row No13, 6 Cockrane Rd Sandys, will be held at St. James Cemetery Today Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 10:00 am.
She is survived by Grandparents; Lorraine Joell and Milton ”Hank” Dill. Grandchildren: Dennai Outerbridge and Zion Simmons; Brother in law: Ryane Shepherd; Sisters in law Sharon Gomes and Paulette Riley; nieces: Ravyn and Rhio Shepherd and Gabrielle Minors; nephews: Ayinde and Zahni Bulford and Caleb Minors; aunts and uncles: from the Bean and Jones families too numeruous to mention; special friends: Debbie, Pam, Terry, Raynell, Shawnette, Sandy, the staff of the Ministry of Health, Bethel A.M.E. Church family, Dockyard family.
She was predeceased by grandparents: Florence and Burton Bean; aunt: Iris Symons; uncles: Gerald Bean and Ivan and Gary Jones.
We are required to have a maximum limit of 25 person in the viewing chapel at any given time. Mask and hand sanitization will be required, and social distancing observed. Covid-19 precautions are to be observed at the Cemetery
