We regret to announce the passing of Valencia Ann Proctor, beloved daughter of the late Angelina Proctor, sister to Derek Burrows Sr. [Elethia], Keith Burrows and the late Nelson Burrows; aunt to nephews: Derek Burrows Jr. [Julie], Michael Burrows [Hanako], Da-Von Wade and Anthony Burrows, nieces: Tina Searle, Shona Bean, Necheeka Trott, Keisha Pitt, Angelina and Miranda Burrows, other relatives and friends too numerous to mention in her 65th year of 3 Bostock Hill, Paget PG 02.
