Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of: – Warren Lewis Crossly ‘Bobby’ Somner.
A Home Going service for Warren Lewis Crossly ‘Bobby’ Somner beloved husband to Florence Somner, son of the late Philip and Blanche Somner, loving father of Beverley Powell, Rochelle Somner, Dr. Terry Lynne Emery, special son Louis Somner, brother of Melvin Somner [Greta], Phylis Fubler, Marcia Williams [Jim], the late O’Brien and Jerome Somner in his 85th year of 17 Cottage Hill, Hamilton Parish will be held at First Church of God, North Shore on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 1pm.
Interment will follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery.
Flowers may be sent.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Augustus Funeral Home Rose Chapel this evening Tuesday, November 24, 2015 from 7:30 – 9:00pm also at First Church of God, North Shore on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 from 12 – 12:55 pm.
Also surviving are grandchildren: Alan Looby Jr. [Divina], Shamika Looby, Robert and Dejuan Somner, Adrian, Kelsey and Mackenzie Pearman; great grandchildren: Alnique’ Young-Looby, Jasiri Minors, J’yindae Preece and Jai White; nieces: Doreen Darrell, Leigh, Lynn Fubler, Elizabeth Butterfield, Victoria Burchall [Denise], Lisa Somner-Sam [Darryle], Sharita Marie Somner [John]; nephews: Phillip [Barbara], Mark Somner, Stephen [Cheyenne] and Colin Fubler; godson: Arthur Godwin; sisters-in-law: Thelma Trott, Lorraine Thompson, Marguerite Somner; special friends: Elder Sheldon and Eletha Euanne Fox, The Leopards Club Family, Blue Waters Anglers Club, Abercorn Lodge, Rev. Dr. Maria Seaman, Shekinah Church Family, Llewelyn [Doc] Trott, Mr. Herbert, Larry Trott.
Warren Somner was predeceased by sister-in-law: Peggy Somner; nephew: Vaughn Fubler and best friend George Smith.
All members of the Blue Waters Anglers Club are requested to assemble at the church at 12.30 pm in Winter uniform with rods.
