Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Willis James Smith.
A funeral service for Willis James Smith, son of the late Marion ‘Jean’ Tucker [nee Smith] and the late Coleridge ‘Co’ Sharpe, loving father to Prince and Jahson Smith, grandfather to Izaiah, Isryeal, Ayla and Abigail in his 59th year of 64 Newcastle Street, Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire [formerly of Bermuda] will be held at The Seventh-day Adventist Church, St. George’s Today, July 27th 2018 at 1p.m.
Interment will follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery, Secretary Road, St. George’s.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: HSBC Account 003-019783-011.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at The Seventh-day Adventist Church, St. George’s Today, July 27th 2018 from 12:00 pm – 12:50 pm.
Willis is also lovingly remembered by: sisters: Eva-Jean, Rosa and Rosita Smith, Vanessa Tucker-Zuill [Neville], Jo-Ann Fox [Dennis], Njeri Asha, Tina Christopher, Veronica DeCouto and Florence Sharpe; brothers: Derick ‘Papa’, John [Karen] and Christopher Tucker, Michael Sharpe and Coleridge Wilson; aunts: Sylvia ‘Polly’ Smith, Janice ‘Sis’ Durham, Emma Burchall, Valencia Manning [North Carolina] and Marion ‘Mary’ Simmons; uncles: Robert and Philip ‘Peter’ Smith [Grace Ann], and Kenneth Fray; 12 nieces, 10 nephews, 5 great-nieces, 6 great-nephews, numerous cousins; step-parent: Eunice Sharpe; god-children: Zayla Smith and Chante Dowling [Burchall]; special friends: Burger, Troy, Dexter, Sticks, Quinn, Kevin, Pope and Shans; Friends at W&E, the North Shore Rebels, the St. David’s community and many more too numerous to mention.
Willis was pre-deceased by sister: Donna Gilbert [nee Sharpe]; aunt: Brenda Fray [nee Durham] and uncle: Brownlow Durham.
