Although currently still sub-tropical, as opposed to tropical, the fifteenth storm of the 2010 Atlantic hurricane season formed yesterday. As of this morning [Oct 7] Sub Tropical Storm Otto is 635 miles south south-west of Bermuda, according to the US National Hurricane Center.
