Is building office space and condos the only way to stimulate an economy? More empty over priced condos and more empty over priced office space. More of the same never changes the situation.

Don’t worry….term limits for jobs that Bermudians can’t do, are unqualified to do, or just don’t want to do will always be open for expat labor……my cousin just got her CPA certs……of the 5 receipients only 1 Bermudian….

I’m glad to see someone is investing in our economy in a positive way. A big thank you to the Green family for stepping up to the plate to provide infrastructure, jobs, income and confidence in our island. Our Government should take notes – we need to start creating a positive reputation about our International Business environment otherwise we will lose it very fast. We should be encouraging companies to stay here and move here to do business by decreasing the political burden, getting rid of Term Limits and stop penalizing Bermudians with non-Bermudian spouses.
