Mayor Bloomberg, next time you want to come to Bermuda & there is a snowstorm in NY be sure to leave the keys of that snowplow that you are supposed to be driving with somebody in the sanitation dept & not have them in your pocket hundreds of miles away.

Really NYT, the mans name is Bloomberg not Brown. He is a manager. He has capable people. He does not micro manage trying to make decisions for every little job. Thats what department heads are supposed to do.
