Needless to say, I went round to Ferry Reach to see what was going on, and I waited. My patience was richly rewarded.Saw them take off…now THAT’S what I call jet noise!!!!! The two larger aircraft were VC-10s…one is still here. I WANT to say that the fighters were Tornadoes, but would appreciate an expert’s input.
(And me without my damn camera!!)

We need an air show.
