The 21-10 doesn’t mean jack. THE PARTY IS FORCED TO VOTE THE WAY THEY ARE TOLD. You have ministers that DID NOT ant to vote for this, but were forced to or loose their jobs. What a great democratic process. The public was not told about this until maybe a couple of weeks before debated. They hid this a long as they could from us.

And there lies the difference between people who can judge issues on their individual merit & those who simply follow because they cannot agree to disagree on an issue.

The usual protocol during the budget debate is to dicuss nothing but the budget. Any other items to be put on the orger paper wait till after the budget debate.

Sorry for being dumb, but your headline says the protest has been moved to Friday. Please explain. Does this mean the Senate will debate the issue tomorrow (Wednesday) but the protest will be Friday? Why say “protest”? Why not say “rally in support”? Bernews has just shown itself to have taken sides with the PLP Government, hardly surprising really. Bernews is now clearly part of the combined Government.

“rammed through” ?! You people make me laugh. the vote was 21-10; it followed the day’s timed Budget Debate, the debate lasted for quite some time but yet it was “rammed through”. Just what does that mean? Could it be that anything this Government does is “rammed through” so that its illegitimate? If the Senate debates this on Wednesday or Friday it will be in the night time. Will it be “rammed through” if it passes? Just what does that mean to you? And I don’t support the SDO either but when you all mount this kind of crap criticism it makes me think why I’m on your side on this one. back off.

Hmmmmmm…..So why has it been delayed to Friday? Am I the only one or does something smell here? Whats the chances of a late last minute swap back to tomorrow & railroad the SDO through before anyone can turn up? It has been the PLPs MO before.

The SDO was rammed through Pariament late at night in the middle of the budget debate. Why?
