I am glad to see this; we have been lobbying to get tough on Drunk drivers and Alcohol on a whole! Since it is the bigger cause of deaths! Somehow its still legal..
I was wondering once the person who is driving under the influence is taken to the police station, what happens to their vehicle? Is it towed to the station with the driver on the hook for the towing charges as well? Or is it left on the side of the road?
When I was in Bermuda, Not once did I get ID’ed for alcohol .. The onus must be on the store owners to ID! Especially if they look under 25 hopefully the TIPS certification covers that.
