I had the privilege to do a few 200m sprints the other day with a guy who was doing 400m sprints. He helped me being a rabit to chase. I learned and was inspired just being able to run behind this guy. Now that I can compare the pace time of what we were running to this record time of 25 laps…. GEEEEEESH!! I would surely like to see it live. He must have burnt up the track! I didn’t realize who I was running with untl afterwards. Well done!!!! And THANKS for your assistance.

Well done Monty! The Government should be giving the Marshall brothers awards and sponsorship and keep the regiment off their back. They are role models for all Bermudians and have done a fantastic job training/racing since a very young age. Congrats again Monty.
