I think a lumberjack show is great and possibly entertaining. We need variety and this could be just what the doctor ordered. We don’t have much agriculture locally and nothing like this.

This show has become so redundant, the product of lazy civil servants who have no interest in what they are doing. Lumberjacks! What a crock. Almost as bad as racing pigs.
This is not a circus, nor should it be a tax-payer funded day out for school kids. It is (was) a showcase for Bermudian farmers, horticulturists, food arts, and other creative talents. Anyone remember the Smithsonion spinoff of Bermudian culture/arts and crafts? This show (the Ag Show) could truly encompass our heritage, combined with Heritage Month, and be a huge draw for tourists and locals alike. Instead, laziness, lack of imagination, and truly Bermudian non-innovation brings us log rolling. At least they give kids a holiday and free entrance to bump up the gate.
Otherwise, what a truly waste of time it all is.

Lumberjacks?! Who thought of that???? Can the entertainment be relevant to us? Are they using all that chopped wood to build furniture afterwards or is it going to Marsh Folly?

i really really wish they would make it friday saturday and sunday..sundays its absolutely nothing to do!
