I don’t know what has you so salty about the Miss Bermuda Contestants and pageant as awhole but your negativity is getting REALLY old. It is no surprise that our goverment has decided to throw our money away on cheerleaders (paying for their room/board etc) instead of a positve community event that can give our island exposure on an international level (at Miss World). They do this on a regular basis. The community as whole will have to lead by example and rally behind these ladies even if our govt can’t bother to support!

You can get to anywhere from Atlanta. Take a business class (or two) about pricing and supply and demand. Delta holds a monopoly on travel to and THROUGH Atlanta. This will, hopefully, provide a more affordable alternative so that we don’t have to pay these sky high (no pun intended) Delta prices and, in turn, cause Delta to lower their prices.
