I got my DSL installed May 20th, was out May 27th,
*Called a customer service on Friday May 27th got a service call for may 30th.
Tech guy came told me he will back , called customer service today, the service is rescheduled for sometimes tomorrow,June 2nd, 1 week later!

2 suggestions ..

a) Let the consumer tailor their own custom package (I’m tired of paying for 50 lemons just so I can get 1 mango)

b) see to it that your internet service gives the speed the customer is paying for.
(I’m tired of being charged for 4 meg and getting 2 in real life (on a good day)

Is there NO accountability to the public at C/V ? ? ?
