Parks is a segment of Government that do tremendous works. And yes, they are represented by the BIU. So what.

Soo the workers of the Parks Division that are NOT BIU members had nothing to do with it?? Thanks to the Workers that gave selflessly!! Shame on the BIU for using someone’s tragedy as a photo-op…

You people are really unbelievable. The donation was made by the Parks Division of the BIU. The event was held at the BIU with the blessing of the General Council.

As far as the gentleman’s shirt is concerned, at least it showed that he had been working.

It was from the Parks Department. But on the news last night I heard one of the workers say that they went to BIU for direction or advice for some reason.

Well done Parks Dep’t workers. That’s the Bermuda I know and love. But what the hell is LudaChris doing in there. Did this gracious act of Charity originate with the Union? I doubt it. So why is that joker grandstanding on the Charity of others? The Union had nothing to do with this, other than setting up an unnecessary press conference. It’s really just another photo op and sound bite opportunity for the Chief Sh$t Disturber.

I am no Christian but this passage from Matthew 6:1-4 says a lot about the PLP/Union:

“Be careful not to do your ‘acts of righteousness’ before men, to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven. “So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by men. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
