Very common error here. Also, the use of “irregardless”. Making a high salary does not make you eloquent. I am so saddened when persons with high public profiles speak poorly. It sets a low standard for our children. The point, Madam Senator, is that union officials interact with government, CEO’s and the public. To that end, they should speak, and write, intelligently.
