		<description><![CDATA[Wouldn’t it be wonderful if all the great thinkers of Bermuda, instead of going cross the same 1970/80 economic bridge we just broke, would put their collective minds together and create an economic pillar in Bermuda, that more fairly distributed the wealth, and or a second pillar that ran parallel to the rich get richer and the poor stay poor or get poorer plan? The pass system was not great for everyone, whiles recognizing that IB brought  wealth to a good number of persons, the unintended consequence, is that it greatly contributed to the poor getting poorer and subsequently the social ills we are experiencing today.
