I think that is a good thing as it should provide an increased deterrent to engaging in this sort of illegal activity. It is not yet decriminalised (hopefully it will be soon) so until it is the law is the law.

Do they really think the man is gonna sell drugs to Nursery children? That is crazy. I mean yes, book him on the drugs but you gonna charge him more because its close to a nursery school? Last time I check nursery children dont make money and dont smoke.
