		<description><![CDATA[I am very happy to have the network restored, but I have to question whether for the sake of saving face Digicel can enlighten their customers when there is an issue. They have no problem sending out useless texts about a game, so why cant they do the same when their data network is down.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Thanks you Digicel for resolving this problem. I got at least three calls this morning from users &#039;claiming&#039; to be IT professionals, blaming my Exchange server/BES Server. Not to method the calls from my UK based Bosses. 

I will add, Anthony replied to me email within 5 minutes of my inquiry this morning.]]></description>
