He does not and has never been speeding. He is a very careful driver. Further more, one of the witnesses of the accident confirmed that both of them were not speeding. The tourist was on the wrong side of the road. It is unfortunate that it happened. My condolences to the family of the deceased. My heart goes out to the driver as well as he will have that image in his mind forever. Please do not judge without hearing the facts first.

Yes, there are water truck drivers that speed and overtake, but this gentleman clearly did not.
