Be careful, y'all! Such pointed and pertinent questions and appropriate disapproval are considered "vile" and "hateful," "negative," or maybe even "bullcrap." And of course, they attract comparisons to previous and future governments, as if that excuses the current issue. So predictable. So sad, really.

Welcome back Laverne and Rhonda it seems like you have been away for a week or so and I'm sure it will not be long before Specialgirl and Mia return from PLP indoctrination school......do you find it strange ladies that in the 113 page incredibly detailed digest of statistics including the price of sliced peaches that the only reference to the unemployed is that there were 28 registered unemployed as of Dec 2010? You would think the with the amount of employed statisticians we would have a better handle on the rate of unemployment.....but I would bet that you do not want the voting base to know the true number....maybe you could start with the membership of the unions and see how many have applied for unemployment benefits? probable after the wages paid to the union elite there is little left in the kitty to pay members any benefits....

Thanks for the job suggestion LaVerne but I already have one that I do ON TIME while still being able to put your comments to rest. If I didn't get my jobs done in a timely matter my clients would say NEXT & I wouldn't have one. My job deals with constant deadlines not just year end ones so time is money. In the case of Department of Statistics time is tax payers money. Besides isn't the government all about transparency now? When stats are from a year ago how transparent is that? Should we wait for another party to be elected to get stats that deal with now not the year before last?

Why is this called Statistics 2011 if the stats only show up to 2010? Do we have to wait till 2013 to get the 2011 stats from government? Why does everything to with government come later than it should? I wish I could be a year behind on my work & still get paid. It is 2012 isn't it?
