As far as I am aware no one else local fits this job, hence inexperience at the top would lead to more Bermuda job cuts. When the telecoms fields opens up to everyone, BTC need to be in a strong position to compete otherwise the company could die. In my mind this is a good hire.

We anticipate Mr. Dobson’s results as he commences his tenure at BTC. BTC needs someone like him. Mr. Fray has started the winds of change now Mr. Dobson will take us (hopefully) into a new era of excellence at BTC (they need it!). I see Mr.Dobson worked for the ubiquitious Rogers Comm in Canada.
