Marriage equality, or even gay folks having sex, has absolutely no effect on heterosexual sex, breeding or the population in general.

The danger to your second post is that if a law is enacted to defend the rights of homosexuals that it can become overly excessive. If the law is not specific and well detailed a homosexual could use “the homosexual race card” every time HE or SHE was denied a position, job, or proper service in a restaurant. That already happens already, could you imagine what would happen if everytime that person was denied something the law jumped on their side to punish the the potentially innocent person accused of hatred and bigotry?

I know some landlords who do not rent to people practicing common law. It would be hard for a landlord to regulate a single person and their girlfriend/boyfriend as it would for the landlord to regulate a single homosexual and their significant other. But if that landlord is opposed to fornication and adultery other sexual sins, as a Christian, they should also have a right to decline a person renting from their property who is practicing what they also believe to be an equal sin. Any law that tramples over this right, tramples on their freedom of religion and the freedom of their own usage of property, which is simply another form of discrimination.

Both are against ‘Natural Law’ (and probably Canon Law too) so it only makes sense to say they are ‘disabled’. Disabilities can’t be discriminated against, so homosexuals shouldn’t be either.
