My prayers for the persons involved.

Responsibility is the key – having a licence is a privilege not a right. Come on motorists –

a. stick to the speed limit and be more conscious about other motorists
B. buy your liquor and drink at home –
c. not feeling well or are drained while driving – pull over, call home, call a neighbor, call a friend – COME GET ME!! or 911 if you feel you really need them.
D. in the US – you are allowed 3 – 5 drinks in bars – if you are near wasted before the 4th-5th one you are cut off – HELLOOOOOOOOOO!!!
