This is similar to the issue currently in Chicago. When you try to base teacher’s performance on stadardized test results, teachers will teach to the test. This will not teach students enduring skills they need for the real world. This is just like saying because I passed my driving test I’m a good driver. The best instructors are those who teach you the merits and demerits of driving, not merely get you to pass a test.

A teacher that is registered is not necessarily a good teacher. These rules and regulations are more strangling than ever,.. Teachers should still be based on performance in class,(test results of students, general student performances) not registry, same with Nurses, Doctors ect..Just because one gets registered only makes them legal, not capable.
