He needs experience in professional leagues before he should worry about playing for another team. Bradford is giving him field time, on another team he could be fighting for a starting position on the field. Its one thing playing against your own team in training, its another playing against a team that needs to win. Playing against an opposing team is the experience he needs. Competeing for a position means less field time, less field time is less experience. He made a wise choice in my oppinion, at the end of his three seasons big teams will pay big money to get him. If he forgets the money and works hard for love of the game he will go far.

If he goes to a higher division he’ll be playing with higher quality players and thus competeing for a starting position on the field. Bradford recognizes he has potentiall so they’ll give him the game time he needs to get better. The best thing he can do is stay where he is, continue to be one of the top goal scorers and hope better teams scout him out. If he works hard it will happen.
