The hotel will never be built with Bazarian. The asset is the lease and the deal is to flip it with his local partner who shepherded it into place for them both to cash in on. He was down here to protect his deal which is threatened by unexpected possible regime change.

By the way, why are no politicians talking about the former Sonesta site – all set for a new beach front hotel to be built?

Yet another example of PLP deception, lies and back room deals……….after all if they had nothing to hide they should shout it from the roof tops………..but they don’t – its conceal, conceal, conceal and hide and hide………..what does that tell all of us???!

Kim must have very little knowledge of commercial transactions. If/when a deal is done you will then know what is going on. You can’t be updated on every discussion that makes no sense.

If there is an annouuncment to be made, I’m sure Kim will be invited to the press conference. Until then, keep firing releases to Bernews.
