Check your legal rights. The individual is entitled to a bail hearing just like any suspect involved in an investigation. Allow for due process or what is the point of having a Judicial System??

Not sure what this particular case is about but after reading about the fisherman was was not out on bail related to initial murder charges, I’m left really wondering what the heck is going on.
