		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s almost 2013 and you can&#039;t even tell me how many people were born and/or died in Bermuda in 2011??? We have one hospital, one company that does home births and one registration department. How hard can this be? You should be able to tell me by the end of January how many people were born and/or died the prior year as the hospital submits these records to government weekly.]]></description>

Me thinks the Dep of Statistics is ripe for pruning when the chop comes, as it must, to the civil service. Get thee dead wood out of there.]]></description>
