The influx of new blood into the election equation should shake things up abit. Bermuda does indeed need the shakeup. The veterans on both sides of the camp kinda tarnish the momentum. We have to do our part Bermuda. We need to vote for the best people to run the country, not the personality, but the most qualified to lead by example, wisdom and substance. Most candidates lack these qualities. So it should be easy to choose.

if PLP gets back in again im saying to hell with it. I’m going to leave my home and try to find a job in another country where hopefully i can live comfortably. Too much shyte with this ridiculous PLP government and for too long have i gone without steady work to meet my needs. It’s quite sad and unfortunate. I love Bermuda, but with the way this country is being operated and how little work there is and how much dept we are it, things are dyer. PLP getting reelected is only going to drive this country deeper into a pit which we are already far in!

Based on the candidates across from each other and how Bermuda has historically voted, Here’s my prediction for the election

PLP take 1 close race, 2,3,5,7,13,14,15,16,17,18,21 close one,24,26,27 close,29,30,32,33,34,35 & 36 = 22 seats

OBA take 4,9,10 close one,11,12,19,20,22,23 & 31 = 10 seats

Too close to call are 6,8,25 & 28 = 4 seats

Even if the OBA pick up the remaining unappointed seats they still won’t have enough to be the Government. I believe they have a mammoth task ahead of them in this election but the numbers just don’t favor them.

The overall results from the last election were not a convincing result, most seats were won by a few hundred votes. A lot of shyte has happened since then. I sure hope that secret report doesn’t prove to be correct in its evalutation of voting on emotion versus voting on facts. Let’s see how smart we are to connect the dots this time around.
