It does not say this is the case, but it really irritates me when I see parents let their young ones stand or sit IN FRONT of them on the bike. They think the handlebars will somehow protect them but they are just a sudden stop away from losing their teeth or worse. They should ticket everyone who does not put their child properly behind them on the seat.
