Yup that’s what I figured. A bit of investigative journalism probably could have verified what country it was addressed to specifically. However, I am guessing Bermuda popped up in the newspapers keywords research and they ran with the story.

a bunch of members of the spanish govt. were recently implicated in taking bribes and using slush funds for the past years… I wouldnt be suprised if their thievery extended overseas as well

I am not surprised about this. The Spanish probably sent the request to the Bahamas as most people in Europe don’t even know where Bermuda is.

Nothing surprises me any more. I also think the OBA should find out the names of these four people – then on the other hand, they probably already know and if they do, we should know. Another questionable happening under the previous government.

I am tired of everyone in Bermuda thinkin that the world revolves around us…..BDA is the TINIEST of cogs in the global outlook and yet many here think that their S**t don’t stink!
If we sunk in the ocean tomorrow we would be front page news, but on Day 2 we wouldn’t make the first 10 pages!
