Yes Digicel has better phones but I doubt their service is better. I know quite a few Digicel customers who complain frequently. Maybe they are a minority I dont know but I definitely dont agree that CellOne’s service sucks. Just my opinion.

It’s only $199 on a 2-year contract in the US!!! SMH… It’s better to fly in an unlocked iPhone 5 from the US Apple Store at $649 plus duty and use it off-contract!
