Hey observer you have a very convenient memory. The West Gate Prison didn’t come in on budget. Matter of fact the Sea Land construction company had to be bailed out to the tune of 2million dollars. But it’s ok as long as it is one the white boy companies that is bailed out. The airport didn’t come inon budget either.

Concrete *generally* reaches 75% of it’s 28-day design strength in approximately 7 days. They’re probably using a setting additive also; no engineer’s going to put their butt on the line, you can trust that.
