Can we just reverse this situation for one moment. A U.K. citizen arrives on Island and soon after we discover that he’s wanted for a murder committed in the U.K. What would we do? Are you kidding? He would be shipped off the Island so fast his feet wouldn’t touch the ground. I doubt if fighting extradition would even be an option.

All of these young Bermudian men who are “escaping” to the UK to avoid gang related retaliation should be made to realize that if they commit any sort of crime in the UK, or if they are wanted for crimes committed here, then there will be no “escape”. That will be the price they have to pay.
