IT all comes down to EVIDENCE….. there obviously wasn’t enough evidence to prove they were guilty…. if you had been in court for all 6 weeks and listened to the judge you would understand – but i can almost guarantee that hardly ANYONE who has commnented here didn’t! get all your facts before you go blasting off! p.s. the jury WAS NOT THIER PEERS…. there was a 2 week selection process for this particular trial! if these men are so bad, they may be back on that dock again, but if you think positively…. they may JUST try to straighten up their lives…. and if they don’t – the evidence STILL WAS NOT THERE…………………………..

I guess being innocent until proven guilty for an offence charged means nothing here. It’s incredible to know that the public would call for a conviction where a person’s guilt (for an offence they are being tried for) has not been shown ‘beyond a reasonable doubt.’ We cannot convict on the reputation of men or women. Thankfully the justice system doesn’t has components in place to prevent that.

With no justice system enforced people will lack the fear of facing consequences for their actions. With the absence of punishment one will continue to impose havoc and danger, because they escape the justice system time after time.

Sad thing is, these young men lack the word of God. Whilst they feel untouchable GOD is keeping a note and vengeance belongs to him. When their day comes the curse of their actions will fall on them and the generations of their children, grandchildren and so on.

A jury of THEIR peers chosen by whom? Should I not blame a justice system & government that doesn’t allow laws that take prior convictions into consideration? This is tiny Bermuda where I & others don’t need the media to tell us who runs the biggest bunch of wanksters on this island. What’s the use of a trial if the scales of justice are unevenly weighed? I guess crack money is good enough here to buy your own justice even if you haven’t earned it.

A jury of their peers found them not guilty after hearing evidence on the matter (not reading about pieces on a website. How can we blame the agenda of the government or the justice system? Sounds as if you’d rather there be no trial at all.
