There is only evidence that one fish has ever naturally eaten a lionfish and that is a cornetfish in the Indo-Pacific. While dive operations in the Caribbean try to feed dead lionfish to sharks and groupers, to hopefully teach these predators to eat them, it doesn’t actually work. Instead they are only teaching predators to take a free meal. For example, some snappers will take a dead lionfish from a spear, but they completely ignore the live ones on the reef.
