Everybody here is assuming the guy is not Bermudian because of his last name. Get it together, last names mean nothing anymore, have you ever heard of a Bermudian woman getting married to a citizen of another country. Stiffer penalties needed for these guys. I know some of them are victims too, and that it’s a vicious cycle, but that cycle needs to be broken. Lock them up for life!!! And for Goodness sake, please let the rest of us know what they look like! Why are we protecting these convicted offenders, so they can easily reoffend????

I thought we had a “stop list” of our own,no bermudian that has been convicted, especially for possession of herb,could dream of entering the US due to strict enforcement(unlike the lax terror watch list).I can only hope this johncrow is severely punished but in light of previous miscarriages of justice i am doubtful.
