Hence the laws surrounding it sway users towards harmful ways. It could also be smoked in a vaporiser which would be harmless but vaporisers are illegal just to deter another safe way of using.

Prohibition laws make it much easier for kids to get hold of drugs by making so called, “controlled substances” uncontrollable. To put things into perspective on average more teens smoke cannabis in Bermuda than in the whole of Netherlands.
