I am sorry swing vote, but the conference was BS in 2011 and 2012, but when KPMG found out that the OBA was coming they upgraded their status from BS to very important meeting not to be missed.

No one has convinced me that this conference is of great value. It was doe not appear of value when the PLP attended nor now that the OBA Ministers and their entourage.

I am all for Bermuda Ministers sitting down in Bermuda with their Permanent secretaries and accountants and coming up with an infra structure plan to develop infrastructure. Where is the plan that is workable?
