It is more startling and more telling that employee costs are 69.3% of revenue ($866.6m). And don’t forget these numbers are up to 11 months ago.

Total employee costs were $600.9 million or 47.9% [2012 - $583.6 million or 46.8%] of total expenses. Included in this amount is $114.3 million [2012 - $113.1 million] of non-cash retirement benefit expenses.

This is not sustainable , should be at 30% , 15% going to infrastructure development and other industries development like fishing,
