Maybe, but as of right now no way do I trust my fellow road users to be vigilant and respectful of the road rules.

In my opinion safety on the roads is beyond the police. We as people need to take ownership of our own actions and do the right thing. There is no need to drink and drive, speed, etc. We know what the outcome can be so refrain from doing it.
