What’s going to happen to all the local United employees? From what I gather, if they are let go for three months, they’ll have to be retrained. And how about the business travelers and tourists who travel to the island in the winter? Doesn’t reducing the number of flights make more sense than not flying at all for those four months?!

United comes down here and presents Bermuda with a token of the 25 year anniversary with comments about the valued relationship they have with Bermuda. If it’s so valued, then why are they pulling out for four months? I can understand reducing the number of flights, but to completely suspend service? I am NOT feeling the love!!!
