You cannot assume that Cablevision will automatically pro-rate bills accordingly. At this point in time I suggest everyone wait until power has been fully restored across the island, before bombarding Cablevision with calls for credits. They will process credits as I have been the recipient on a few occasions - A satisfied customer in spite of the fact that I have not had internet at home since October 12th.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve called and directed to vmail a dozen times.
Most days this was full.
Today I reached a person - my vmails hadn&#039;t even been logged for action.
She seemed surprised I had a problem.
It&#039;s been two weeks... and many calls.
Still no ETA for repair.
I appreciate the system is overwhelmed. But to not even be on the queue for two weeks, to have a mailbox that is capacity restrained, not listened to, with no return calls being made... for that there is no excuse.
I would hope they prorate the bills accordingly.]]></description>
