Exactly why would they send so many cops? Surely one cop would have been enough! It’s always best to arrive with a minimum of resources because nothing ever really happens and the police always have the best most accurate information and police never should have a contingency plan. And if it all did go wrong because the police didn’t show up with more than enough resources the foreign press would never pick up the story and make Bermuda look stupid.
