Good on ya Premier Dunkley for personally going around and thanking all the workers who put in a tremendous effort to help restore Bermuda. Regardless of the Rhonda’s of this world, we appreciate the gesture

Can Keisha please explain why BELCO needs to fix the lights on the field at Devonshire Recreation Club? Is DRC still without power. If she believes that BELCO should devote time, energy and resources for free to DRC can she explains where this stops. If BELCO installs new floodlights at DRC then surely every other sports field in Bermuda should be given the same privilege. And who pays?

DEVONSHIRE RECREATION CLUB IS IN SERIOUS NEED OF LIGHTS FOR THE FIELD!!!! THERE LIGHTS NEED TO BE FIXED LIKE YESTERDAY BECAUSE THEY ARE HOLDING UP WAYYY TO MANY GAMES AT THE MOMENT. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP THEM OUT BELCO!! THANKS

Check out Baldy ! One of my BELCO favs . Not only that , but he had his own serious health issues going on for months in the lead-up to this two hurricane (not t/s and one hurricane nonsense) mess and he was still there with his great attitude and personality.

No doubt many will call it another photo op for Prem Dunkley.
Many others will say they were getting paid handsomely for their work , so big deal.
Others will mistakenly make it sound like it’s these guys who decide whether power lines should be put underground .

All misplaced angst.

Whether we were getting paid for it or not , how many of us would have wanted to have our workload suddenly go from ‘normal’ to all out chaos for a month and still be expected to perform without loosing our heads ?

I know a lot of people suffered , even though they didn’t suffer for as long as I did after Fabian , but a big thank you to you guys .
