How is this a Robbery though? Don’t get me wrong, I am glad the Police caught them and I hope they get what is coming to them, IF found guilty.

But isn’t this a Burglary and not a Robbery? The difference being that a person needs to be present and victimized in order to be a Robbery and for a Burglary there doesn’t need to be anyone there, physically, to be robbed?

It could matter if the suspects are charged for the wrong crime and the case gets thrown out of court, letting them free.

I’m just wondering? I could be wrong.

We need a chain gang for criminals and make them earn there keep at west gate !! The current cost of incarceration is very expensive $80k per person per year . Smh !! Let them break their bad habits n not into someone house .

What amazes me is, the number of people who will defend these critters! I wonder if they’d be so quick to defend if THEIR homes were being burglarized, or their bikes stolen, etc. These people keep making excuses for these punks like, “oh, they don’t have a job, so they have to steal from OTHERS to make ends meet”; “they come from broken homes”: etc. Seriously? So, if I work hard for MY family, and/or if I own a business, someone has the right to rob me? It’s their thought that because I work 24/7 that I’m “lucky”. It just proves how many unintelligent people their are who are the defenders of these rats!

Dumb, Dumber, and Dumbest…..very glad they at least got 2 out of 3 of them. Good job BPS and that watchful neighbor. I hope my neighbors are as helpful if/when it happens to me.
