Are you sure the bus driver is at fault? Could it just as easily been the taxi driver at fault? I do hope that everyone is ok.

It should be standard operating procedure that any bus driver involved in an accident such as this should be tested for alcohol and or drugs. Especially if passengers were on board at the time. This should even be placed in the collective bargaining agreement Chris!

Those curved windshields are not cheap. What are the chances of PTB having one in stock? 7 year old bus. Not old for a commercial vehicle that is maintained well. This one will get its 14 week extended sick leave for sure.

By the way most,(if any at all) bus drivers aren’t wearing safety belts, nor are any of the countless passengers. This is not right and needs to be rectified since everyone else traveling in cars / trucks are required by Law to “buckle-up”.

First, I pray everyone’s “okay”. Unfortunately it had to be one of the newer buses and from looking at the photo, the damages are extensive / expensive and yes, causing more delays in repairs…Just what we all need

NO NO the bus driver will need his 14 weeks sick leave.
And if a BUS driver were to work approx. the same number of hours in day as Hanbury HE (the bus driver) would earn the same amount.
