ah…don’t let your personal preferences cloud your thinking. when one considers that the average grinder on a racing yacht could get paid roughly $25,000 per month, restaurants like this can be both appealling and affordable.

I would never pay $1000 for a meal! And do not know many travelers that would in this economy. Most of your tourists are people on cruises , they are not going to dine t a $1000 a person

Think about some of the spectators we are going to get for ACBDA, the owners and family and friends of the J class yachts that will be coming here, the mega yachts that will be in and out to suss the island out in the next couple of years leading up to it! It may not seem obvious to you, but some of these people coming and going will enjoy an experience like that!
