There seem to be more accidents per-capita on the Island – than many states in the USA!! The level of driving must be atrocious for many people – as it just appears to be one stupid accident after another EVERY week!!

And when you consider that the “official” speed limit is 20 MPH – it just makes the whole situation even more ridiculous!! A good many people should NOT have a driving license – as it is considered to be a privilege in many countries of the world!!
